We are a busy practice and do our best to match your unique needs and schedule with our clinicians’ availability and expertise. We are not able to accommodate all requests—however we try hard to return calls and have a 1:1 conversation with each person.
As we personalize our care to you, our first several sessions also further help to determine if our team can effectively meet your needs and is considered an initial personalized diagnostic assessment. When an intake session is offered it will be used to help determine the most appropriate care. We may refer you to other specialists or to a higher level of care if needed.

We work hard to accept a number of forms of insurance. Please speak with your carrier to be aware of your annual deductible, behavioral health benefits, co-pays or co-insurance obligations. Feel free to call us but also to reach out to your insurer in order to fully understand your benefits for behavioral health.
